No estimates, no hourly rates, no surprise bills. The price is set by how many things we build at once, not by how much you ask for.
Open Lane
Starting price, for one lane. Most companies begin here and stay a while.
- One lane, always busy. There is always something of yours being built. When one thing is finished, the next starts immediately.
- An unlimited queue. Put in as many ideas as you like. Reorder them whenever you want. Adding to it costs nothing.
- You watch the work happen. You can open and try the actual software while we’re building it, rather than reading a status report about it.
- Unlimited revisions. Wrong is free. It goes back in the lane.
- No planning phase to pay for. You describe it roughly; working out the details is our job, not a separate bill.
- Changes to software you already run, not just brand-new things.
- Everything in your name. The software, the hosting, the AI services, the logins. Yours from day one.
- A named human who reads every output, makes the calls, and answers the phone.

Billed to you directly
- Your AI provider account, typically $200 to $1,000 a month
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Software licences, and fees for services your system connects to
- Domains, certificates, app store fees
We don’t resell any of it or take a margin on it. Those accounts are in your name and billed to your card, which is both cheaper for you and the reason you can walk away from us without anything going dark. Expect them to run a few hundred dollars a month for most companies.
For context
A year of one lane costs less than one mid-level developer.
A single in-house developer runs $120,000 to $180,000 all-in, takes three months to hire, and builds one thing at a time. A traditional agency project starts at six figures and spends the first six weeks producing documents.
We are not claiming a lane replaces an engineering department. We’re saying that for the long list of obviously-worth-it internal software that never clears the bar for a real project, the arithmetic finally works.

Before you book anything.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
A simple monthly agreement, cancellable with 30 days notice. No initial term. We used to ask for four months; we stopped, because if you can see working software in week one you shouldn’t have to take our word for anything.
What happens to the code if we stop?
Nothing happens to the software. It is already running in your accounts, under your logins, and the code is already yours. There is nothing to hand over, no exit fee, and no final invoice for showing your team how it works. We turn off our own access and everything keeps running.
Really unlimited? What stops us from asking for too much?
The lane does. You can queue up a hundred things and one lane still builds one at a time. That limit is why we can offer the queue without limits: we’re selling you capacity, not volume. If your queue stays consistently longer than your patience, we’ll suggest a second lane rather than quietly slowing down.
Do you use our data or code for other clients?
No. Your work runs in your accounts under your agreements with those providers. Nothing of yours trains anything, and nothing of yours goes into another client’s lane.
What if the first month is a disaster?
Then you’ve spent one month’s fee and you keep whatever was built. That is a real risk and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. It is a much smaller risk than a six-figure project where you find out in month five.
Can we pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Budget freezes and slow quarters happen. Tell us and we’ll pause the lane rather than make you cancel and restart.
We want strategy, not building. Can we still work with you?
Yes. AI strategy work is described here: assessments, second opinions, and an ongoing senior technical voice for companies that want direction before they start building. Strategy work is a separate engagement with its own price, and it works alongside a CTO you already have or in that role if you don’t have one.
